About Our Deliveries

Where we deliver

We can deliver within the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Delivery options and rates

Our delivery service is operated by DHL and Royal Mail and our pricing is simple, determined by the value of your order for UK deliveries, and by weight for deliveries to the rest of the World.

Within the United Kingdom

FREE DELIVERY for orders in the UK

For orders overseas

Please contact us for a tailored quotation for large or heavy deliveries to Europe. Please note that any customs and import duties payable once the package reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery rates for returns

For faulty, damaged or unwanted items: We will arrange and cover the cost of delivering replacement goods and collecting the faulty or damaged returns using our standard service as detailed above.

The delivery process and dispatch times

Provided all the items are in stock they will be dispatched within five working days of accepting your order.

Please note that personalized items such as commissions may have a longer lead time and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

If delivery time is paramount, we can advise you of anticipated delivery dates and suggest possible alternatives to achieve them. Simply get in touch by phone or email.

If you prefer to cancel your order we will refund your payment for any goods not received. If you cancel part of an order we will not refund the delivery charge. 

Notification and tracking

Once the order has been dispatched we will notify you by email that it is on its way, providing you with the consignment number and details of how you can track the delivery.

Receiving your delivery

Because we deliver via DHL and Royal mail, they will need a signature to deliver your items.

So if you’re not in to receive the package the courier will attempt a second delivery the following working day. If there is a safe, dry place or a neighbour with whom packages can be left, please include details in the special instructions box on the delivery page when completing your order, and we’ll try our hardest to get it to you that way. If your second delivery attempt is unsuccessful the package will be left at the nearest depot for you to collect and the courier will leave you the details.
